Policies and Guidelines
- Your reservation should be made as soon as possible and accompanied by a $100 deposit to hold your date. The final payment will be due either before, or on the day of your event. BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT. A 15% gratuity and 6% PA sales tax will be added to all functions. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
- 50 adult guests is the minimum guest count. Discounts are available on some menus for children 7-12 years old. There is never a charge for children 6 years and under.
- All prices include setup, service, and paper products, plates, napkins, plastic flatware. China and silverware rentals are available.
- Final minimum guest count and menu is due seven days before your event. Brochure prices are not guaranteed for guest counts received with less than seven days notice.
- Food items not prepared by us cannot be served by our staff. Any leftover food at the end of the event MUST BE PROPERLY REFRIGERATED to be left behind.
